Full Presence Parenting Workshop

Increase love, joy and ease through conscious communication April 3 and 4 at the Bozeman Dharma Center.

The workshop will be led by Ann Malabre, MAT. Ann has extensive training and teaching experience in Nonviolent Communication (NVC). She is a certified Empathic Coach, and has spent 18 years where the rubber meets the road in the “Momastary” teaching mindfulness and nonviolent principles to her four home schooled children.

Using Nonviolent Communication (NVC) to Build Beautiful Connections

• Resolve conflict and hold multiple needs with confidence

• Manage frustration with insight, compassion and care

• Know when and how to say No with love

• Find connection and peace in difficult situations

• Increase ease and joy with what is present in each moment

For Parents, Teachers, and Anyone Working With Kids

April 3rd & 4th at the Bozeman Dharma Center located at 1019 East Main Street on the second floor.

Friday evening 6-8:30, Saturday 9-4:30 with lunch break.

Ann is asking $150 per person or 250 for a couple, with an early bird price of $125/200 before March 27th to support my training and sustainability and is flexible on price if money is an obstacle. Children over 10, who would enjoy being there, are welcome for no charge.
