First, let me introduce myself. I’m Hannah and I’m a new mom. Oh gosh. That sounds like I’m at some recovery meeting. But I suppose that’s pretty much how I identify myself these days. A mom, not an addict, that is.
My daughter, Scarlet, is four months old. And I think she’s pretty much the most gorgeous, perfect baby on the planet. I’m certain almost all parents believe the same things about their new bundles of joy. But really, Scarlet is probably the cutest, smartest, chubbiest baby on the planet. (90th percentile for growth. Atta girl!)
Now that I’ve told you about Scarlet, what else is there to say? I’m a working momma. I work at an Assisted Living Community and a Wellness Center. Luckily I’m able to take Scarlet to work with me during the day and daddy takes care of her at night.
I’m also a blogging momma. I started my blog, 4scarlet.com , two months after Red was born. It has given me a great outlet for my journalism degree. But really its an opportunity to document my mom style and the great style of other mommas.
My family is the center of my world. My friends make that world go ‘round. I love being a Bozemanite, born and raised in this amazing valley.
I think that about sums up the pertinent points. Oh, maybe I should mention my affinity for watching cheesy shows on the CW; Vampire Diaries, Gossip Girl... Ok, maybe I could have spared you that knowledge.
Before we go our separate ways for the day, let me tell you how excited I am to be a contributor for the Montana Parent Blog. I look forward to hearing your feedback and having many cyber conversations about the joys, toils and surprises of parent hood.
