Bridger Pilates Introductory Package consists of 2 hours of private Pilates Instruction allowing new clients the opportunity to become familiar with the basic principals of STOTT Pilates. Clients will experience both equipment and mat based exercises while working to: increase core strength, create long, lean muscles, and improve circulation, and coordination.
Bridger Pilates offers both personal and small group Pilates instruction that caters to the individual. Official Rules for MT Parent Magazine
These rules apply to all Montana Parent Magazine (MPM) events and/or drawings. Participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and by the decisions of MPM whose decisions are final. Failure to comply may result in disqualification from any MPM events and/or drawings if MPM believes that participant has violated these official rules. MPM reserves the right to modify for amend these Official Rules as it deems necessary, at any time with or without notice for any reason.

1. Must be 18 to win and some contests may be 21.
2. Must have valid phone and address and must have completely filled out the contest form.
