Hello friend! How are you? Are you hunched over your computer like a shut-in on this very cold day? Take a second and drop your shoulder blades back. Send 'em down towards your tailbone. See how your neck looks super model long? I know how hard it is to be mindful of your posture, but do it for a second or catch yourself slouching and just stop and give this a try.

Shoulder Engagement and Form

It's about form and she's writing it for you to consider as you do a workout. But, I want to suggest to you that as you are doing day-to-day tasks, like sitting at your computer, good posture and getting your shoulders away from your earlobes can really make you feel better all day long. Plus, I find the pictures inspiring and I like to see how a simple physical movement can make me feel good in my body.
