The 2012 Gallatin County Fair begins on Wednesday and runs through Sunday.
Here are the details!
Admission
- $8 Adults - 16 years & up
- $5 Children 7-15 years
- Kids 6 & Under FREE
- $25 4-Day Punch Card (adults)
- $13 4-Day Punch Card (students)
- $5 Military & Day Care Day-Wed (7/18) only
- $5 Senior Day - Thu (7/19) only
Knights of the Realm:
- Advanced Tickets $15, $18 Day Of (includes Fair Admission)
- 7-15 years free with Fair admission.
- 6 years & under free
Bozeman Roundup:
- $13 (includes Fair Admission)
- 7-15 years free with Fair admission.
- 6 years & under free
Best in the West Rough Stock Rodeo - Broncs & Bulls:
- $13 (includes Fair Admission)
- 7-15 years free with Fair admission.
- 6 years & under free
Mud Bog - $5 at event gate
Sunday is Free Admission

- Exhibit Buildings Wed-Sat 10:30am-10pm, Sun 10:30am-5pm
- Barns Wed-Sat 9am-10pm, Sun 9am-5pm
- Fair Market (Commercial Booths & Food Court) Wed-Sat 10:30am-10pm, Sun 10:30am-5pm
Directions to the Fairgrounds
EXITING FROM INTERSTATE I-90
Get off on the 7th Street Exit. Travel 7th Street south to Tamarack Street. Turn east (left) on Tamarack Street (landmarks are Van's County Market and U-Haul). Head east on Tamarack approximately 6 blocks and the Fairgrounds will be on your left. Enter the Fairgrounds using the Black Street main entrance.
EXITING FROM INTERSTATE I-90 WITH
LIVESTOCK/HORSE TRAILERS
Access into the Fairgrounds with trailers is using our West Annex/ Oak Street entrance.
Get off on the 7th Street Exit. Take 7th Street south to Oak Street. Turn east (left) and travel about 4 blocks turning right into the Fairgrounds West Annex entrance.
Carnival Information
Pay-One-Price Wristbands (single day):
- $20 in advance
- $25 during Fair
Hours:
- Wed, July 18 4pm-Close
- Thu, July 19 2pm-Close
- Fri, July 20 2pm-Close
- Sat, July 21 Noon-Close
- Sun, July 22 1pm-5pm
(Close is approx 11pm depending on weather & attendance)
Parking
Parking is FREE.
The Public is invited to park in our Main Parking lot at Tamarack & Black Street entrance.
4-H and other exhibitors pulling livestock trailers will be parking in our West Annex lot off of Oak Street.
Handicap parking is available east of Exhibit Building 4 and in the West Annex.
Dogs are allowed during the Fair as long as they are on a leash and under control.
