February 2012 Mama’s Got a New Bag Contest

February 01, 2012

Posted By: Shaunescy

February is the month for love, and I keep thinking about childhood crushes. My hubby tells the silliest stories about crushes he had as a kid. About Laura Holcomb and how all the boys in the second grade were in love with her because of her perfect bangs, or how in junior high he and three of his good friends threw Sally Robison into the irrigation ditch at lunchtime, to get her attention. Ah, that was true love! (Don't worry if this sounds like something your kid would do, those four reprobates grew into fine upstanding citizens.)

To win this months bag, tell us about childhood crushes.  One that you had or that someone had on you! Can't think of one? I bet you have a story to tell about your kid! Post a comment below to enter. As always, Montana Parent promises to never share, sell or spam your email.

$25 gift certificate

www.chatelainechocolate.com Bozeman, MT

La Chatelaine Chocolat is a dainty little chocolate shop inspired by the chocolateries of Paris.

The owners - one from Paris - moved to the rugged rocky Mountains and eventually found their

calling to handcraft chocolate. In 2006, the two handcrafted a small line of chocolates from their undersized kitchen. These chocolates weren't ordinary since they contained premium ingredients such as Camargue fleur de sel, organic cream, local free-range eggs, and European chocolate.

While chocolates are the signature line of La Chatelaine, many new products have since debuted, such as American-style cakes, petite tartlets, toffees, European cookies, caramels,  sauces, and

French Macarons. The two owners have received culinary training in Paris and San Francisco; yet maintain their originality and emphasis on artistic yet sumptuous confections.

Please visit our 2 location to taste our many delectable's at 1516 West Main St. or The Baxter

Hotel in downtown Bozeman, MT
