And FLOW Outside is here to guide you on your way to greater health, confidence and adventure! The snowshoe season kick-off will be next weekend with 2 awesome activities!
On Saturday, January 17th, FLOW Outside will be co-hosting a Family Snowshoe Festival @ Bohart Ranch, from 1-3pm. If you are curious about the sport, or want to attend a free mini Snowga or Running Clinic (first come first serve), then this event is for you! Co-Sponsors are Montana Parent Magazine and Atlas Snowshoes . For the price of a trail pass ($15), you will get to demo for free the latest snowshoes from the leading manufacturer Atlas. Melynda Coble Harrison, author of Ski Trails of Southwest Montana, will join us for the Festival. She will be available for questions and will have copies of her excellent book on-hand.
The second kick-off program will be a Snowga Extend Class , on Sunday, January 18th! The Snowga Extend Class combines a scenic, mountain snowshoe tour with a longer indoor yoga practice.
