Big Hearts under the Big Sky (BHUBS) is a charitable partnership program that provides military service men and women who have provided extraordinary service to our Nation, children who face the challenge of a life threatening illness, and women who are battling breast cancer the opportunity to enjoy a Montana outdoor adventure at no cost.

Big Hearts under the Big Sky is the “giving back” extension of the Montana Outfitters and Guides Association (MOGA). Big Hearts primary objective is coordinate fully outfitted and guided trips to meet the dreams and needs of carefully screened, qualified participants.

To accomplish this mission we partner with well-known national charities including Catch-a-Dream Foundation , Wounded Warrior Project , Casting for Recovery and Hunt of a Lifetime Honored American Veterans Afield, National Rifle Association and others as well. These "Best of Class" partners serve a vital role in identifying qualified candidates who desire and will benefit from the services BHUBS provides. In several cases they also serve a critical partnership role in trip delivery.

We recognize that the benefits of the Big Hearts program extend far beyond the hunt or catch; spirits are healed, capabilities and confidence expand, a sense of purpose is rediscovered, and families are restored.

Support Big Hearts Under the Big Sky

There are several ways to support the “Big Hearts Under The Big Sky” program. All donations are tax-deductible and the proceeds will be placed in the Association’s 501 (c) (3) Educational Institute arm of the Montana Outfitters and Guides Association (EIN # 84-1424925). The fund raising campaign relies on sponsorships, cash donations, auction item donations and contributions to an Endowment; the goal is to create long term, sustainable relationship with our partner organizations.
