4th of July goodness

What a great weekend. Beautiful weather, camping on the lake with good friends and topping it off with a delicious picnic and watching the fireworks from our rooftop. The entire Gallatin Valley was lit up in every direction last night, although it sounded like a war zone it was quite a sight!

We enjoyed fresh grilled salmon from the MT Fish Company, homemade apple/rhubarb pie, caprese salad, sweet potatos with yogert/chive sauce, and fresh fruit. How did you enjoy the holiday weekend? Any suggestions for next year? We would love to hear!
