Young Kids Yoga (ages 2-5) May 20th 10-1030am MST
This joyful class for your two to five year olds will give them time to move their bodies in a healthy way! We'll spend time singing, jumping and relaxing as we learn a couple songs, yoga poses and breath practices together.
Becca Covington is an adult and kid's yoga instructor and co-owner of Our Yoga, Yoga For The Whole Family. She is focused on helping people feel safe and connected with each other and themselves. As a student of yoga for over a decade, who started off slow and steady herself, her classes are structured in a way to build confidence in yourself, your body and with your movement and breath.
