Heart and Hand Center Day Camps & Retreats are transformational life changing experiences where horses, hiking, art and music help enhance and improve relational boundaries, self-awareness, emotional regulation, while reducing anxiety, anger, depression and self-doubt. Horses are amazing intuitive animals who help our campers build confidence and self-esteem while gaining a wealth of increased understanding about oneself and others. Art, music, hiking and times for quiet meditation at our beautiful 286 acre ranch will add a new dimension of joy for all who join us this summer!
