This 5-week summer program focuses on improving athletic performance and preventing injury risk for female athletes or girls looking to learn more about weightlifting. The program includes three 1-hour workouts each week with a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and sports nutrition tips shared by our Registered Dietitian. Improve strength, flexibility, agility, and technique, while participating in a fun environment that supports learning. This program is for girls of all fitness levels.
