The Reading Education Assistance Dogs (R.E.A.D.) Program, a program of the Intermountain Therapy Animals, is designed to improve the reading skills of children by providing them a 15-minute session to read to a registered therapy team consisting of a registered therapy dog (or cat) and their handler.
