We are so excited for this awesome collaboration with MommiesRFit! This FREE workout is open to all mothers at any stage. There will be pre/post-natal fitness specialists leading the workout and answering any questions related to your strong mama body!
What to expect with a MommiesRFit workout:
At MommiesRFit we lead by example, which means our children come with us. (But are not required ) MRF workouts are 45mins of high energy specially designed to burn the most calories in the shortest amount of time possible. We offer modifications for all ability levels, whether you are an elite athlete, or have never worked out a day in your life. We are ready to challenge you exactly where you are!
What to bring to the workout:
When you come you should be sure to wear athletic clothing and sneakers, and bring a stroller, water bottle and yoga mat if you have them.
*We encourage the children to join you in working out, or find a friend to play with. Younger children should be in a stroller so that you can keep them moving throughout the workout.
