This 5-week summer program will focus on building a solid foundation for athletic performance. Includes improving motor skills, coordination, and building muscle strength and flexibility. We will also focus on injury prevention and building healthy habits. The program includes two 1-hour workouts each week with a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and sports nutrition tips shared by our Registered Dietitian. This program is for girls of all fitness levels and is a great start to learning the fundamentals of weightlifting.
