Gallatin Valley YMCA

Do you know what to do if your dog is injured or sick? By taking Jolt CPR’s K9 First Aid and CPR course, you will learn what is normal for your dog and how to treat both medical and injury emergencies. These include drowning, choking, electrical shock, eye injuries, bleeding, shock, bites, seizures, allergies, poisoning, snakebites, porcupine quills, bee stings, ticks, broken bones and sprains, puncture and impalement wounds, heat stroke, frostbite, hypothermia, head, neck and spine injuries, burns and of course, CPR. Jolt CPR has been teaching Human First Aid and CPR to the community for the past ten years. Because our dogs are such a big part of our family and community, Jolt CPR is proud to now offer this fun and exciting K9 First Aid CPR class at the Gallatin Valley YMCA. This course is brought to you by Jolt CPR, sponsored by Bridger Animal Nutrition and taught by local veterinarian Dan Butterfield of Mountain Home Mobile Vet Clinic. As much as we would love to have your furry friend in class, we must ask you to leave them home. Don’t worry - they always forgive you!
