Another Pound Bites the Dust – 8 Week Weight Loss Challenge

This 8-week challenge provides accountability to help you achieve your fitness goals. We do an initial check-in which includes measurements and weight. Assessments will be done every other week to help keep you on track. At the end of the 8 week challenge the person who has lost the most inches will win YMCA gear and a free Holistic Health session. In this challenge, you will receive weekly emails from our Registered Dietitian including food hacks, articles relating to diet and healthy recipes along with tips & tricks. You will also receive weekly workouts and challenges to help keep you on track.
