Come learn 3 habits that you can add to your winter days to stave off the winter blues. In this one hour talk, Karen Mitchell will share lifestyle and nutrition tips to help keep your mood high during the cold and dark winter months.
Karen Mitchell is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach with Lemon Twist Wellness (www.lemontwistwellness.com) and sees clients at Enso Natural Medicine (www.ensobozeman.com). In her practice, she weaves together nutrition and wellness expertise with everyday mindfulness to help clients heal their bodies and live the life they wish for. Her unique story includes continuing to heal from SIBO and an autoimmune disease and their subsequent co-infections. She is a graduate of the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.
